As a cross-border e-commerce business shipping directly from our fulfillment centers in China, specific logistics, customs, and return protocols apply. Please read Section 5 (Shipping & Customs) and Section 6 (Returns) carefully.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Once a return is received and inspected, or a refund is approved without return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Slumbelry shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the relevant arbitration body in China in accordance with its rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
