We ship internationally from China under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

• Refusal of Package: If you refuse a package due to customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct original and return shipping costs from your refund.
• Total Delivery: Handling time (1-3 days) + Transit time (7-25 days depending on region).

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy. We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. For non-quality issues, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
