Slumbelry is proud to offer international shipping services to over 20 countries, including the USA, Canada, and Europe.

Order Processing

Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Please note that customized items or high-demand sleep solutions may require an additional 2-4 days for preparation.

Order Modifications

If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement.

Transit Time & Regions

We use reliable international carriers to ensure your Slumbelry products arrive safely.

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe & UK: 8–18 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

*Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For US customers, most orders under $800 are duty-free. For other regions, import duties or VAT are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by your local customs office.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Delivery Issues & Support

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and offer a replacement or refund if the loss is confirmed.
