Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because all orders are shipped internationally from China, returns and exchanges involve significant logistics costs and customs procedures. To ensure fairness and clarity, please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

1. General Return Eligibility

We accept returns ONLY in the following situations:

1.1 Defective, Damaged, or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer:

  • Full refund (no return required)
  • Partial refund
  • Free replacement shipment

1.2 Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, we will reship the correct product at no extra cost or offer a full refund.

4. Refund Without Return

We may offer partial refund, full refund, or reshipment without requiring a return. This depends on the specific situation and verification.

2. Non-Returnable Cases

We do NOT accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Change of mind / personal preference
  • No quality issue but not meeting expectations
  • Used / washed / altered items
  • Minor color differences
  • Size tolerance within +/- 1–3 cm
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Clearance / promotional items
  • Unauthorized returns without approval

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchanges Due to Personal Reasons

All shipping costs (return & reship) are the customer's responsibility.

3.2 Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items

No need to return the original item. We provide replacement or refund.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours unless shipped.

9. Delivery Issues

  • Lost package: Replacement or refund.
  • Delivered but not received: Case-by-case handling.
