Return & Exchange Policy

At Slumbelry, your satisfaction is our priority. While we ship internationally from China, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair return process for our global customers.

1. Return Eligibility & Window

Return Window: We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Full refund to original payment method
  • Free replacement shipment
  • Partial refund (if you choose to keep the item)

*Proof (photos/videos) is required for verification.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Certain situations are not eligible for a full return/refund:

  • Items with obvious signs of use or wash
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Personalized or clearance items
  • Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval

For "change of mind" returns, please contact us to discuss a tailored solution.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. Return Shipping Fees

Quality Issues: If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), Slumbelry covers all costs or offers a refund without requiring a return.

Non-Quality Issues: For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

6. Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer cancel it. In this case, please follow our return process after receiving the package.
